Triple weatherstripping

The magnetic weatherfor strippingfor, Polyflex (Frame) with the 3rd insert in the PVC cap reducts considerably the risk of infiltration and makes it easierto install.

7 1/4-inch WOOD frame

Made from higher-grade, more durable pine, 7 1/4 x 1 1/2″, covered with PVC or aluminum as needed.

Silver ball-bearing hinges

The hinges feature ball bearings for smooth opening and closing, and better protection against corrosion.

Continuous anodized aluminum sill with thermal break

Designed to perform against air and water infiltration, the sill is made from a single continuous piece of aluminum with no joints and a tested sweep and thermal-break system.

Reinforced thermal barrier system

Sill incorporating an adjustable sweep with a warp-resistant aluminum cap and a thermal break that promotes water drainage.

ENERGY STAR®

ENERGY STAR certification depends on the selected glazing type. High-performance thermal insulation: limits heat loss. Proven resistance to weather and impacts. Fire-rating or panic-hardware reinforcement options available for specific projects.
